Our company is based approximately 10 km south of Vienna, in Austria's largest industrial center. At this location, we operate two high-bay warehouses with approximately 35,000 pallet positions and about 15,000 m² of block storage space.
A direct motorway exit, a private rail siding, and proximity to Vienna International Airport provide further decisive advantages for our customers. Furthermore, our site is authorized for 24-hour operations. The Brunn/Vösendorf motorway junction — connecting the A1 towards Linz, the A2 towards Graz/Klagenfurt, and the S1 towards Schwechat/Budapest/Bratislava — is only two minutes away from our facility.

As a pioneer in the industry, our warehouse logistics company has been managing customer logistics processes using radio frequency (RF) data transmission and paperless picking for more than 20 years.
For us, terms like online master data transfer, real-time stock availability upon storage, permanent inventory, paperless picking, FIFO processing, batch and serial number management, kitting (set formation), and EAN labeling are not just buzzwords—they are part of our daily commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Large Capacities
With 35,000 pallet positions and 15,000 m² of block storage in our ambient temperature zone, we provide ample space for both large-scale operations and our many long-standing smaller clients at our facility in Wr. Neudorf. Additionally, our temperature-controlled (12–18°C) capacity of 4,500 pallet positions/m² allows us to offer specialized cold storage services to our customers.
Our facilities are further enhanced by 28 loading docks, a dedicated non-food hall, a long-goods ramp, a specialized small-scale hazardous materials (HAZMAT) area, and a separate block storage level for high-security goods.
